I was born in Rome in 1988. By having grown in a family of artists, I have started to draw by observing my parents. When I was a little girl, my mother would entertain me by drawing female faces and horses. My father, on the other hand, would draw landscapes and created the flyers for his concerts. With my mother I was growing by learning to observe the human faces, while with my father I was focused with the perspectives and the composition.
I started to reproduce the images of the comics like Diabolik, Dylan Dog, Tex, Flash Gordon, Nathan Never.. and I continued by using the still image of the cartoons. Moreover, through the pictures, I decided to dedicate myself to portraits. With the scholastic laboratories I have discovered ceramics and painting. I remember the first trip during the elementary school at the National Gallery of Modern Art in Rome. I was struck by Monet (for his use of colour), by the three ages of Klimt (for the skin and the decorations), by the numerous colours used by Pellizza, by Volpedo for his sun and by Boccioni for his movement.
After the scientific high school, I have graduated in Sports Science and the University of the Studies of Rome “Foro Italico”. There I was able to study and improve my knowledge on the anatomy and on the movement of the human body, both at the bio-mechanical level and as an expressive manifestation of the interiors of the individual. During that period, I have also improved my artistic capacities by drawing athletic gestures and anatomical parts. Only in December 2013 I have had the possibility to have a personal artistic studio and I have started to dedicate myself daily at painting.
